Our Alternative Investment Standards cover governance at both the firm and the fund level. Firm level governance covers areas such as organisational structures, management, and process controls. Fund governance refers to activities performed by the fund governing body and asset managers to oversee the fund’s activities and address any conflicts of interest. Our governance toolbox supports these standards by providing additional guidance and transparency tools.
